Responsible for the Quality validation of the Auto Panel Line (APL) for the Jeep Cherokee during development and launch of the vehicle.Work with the Manufacturing Process group during the APL development focusing on making the process dimensionally robust.Work with the installation team to ensure that all APL tools meet or exceed Chrysler’s repeatability standards.Root Cause and identify solutions for Fit and Finish issues for all Closure Panels (Doors, Fenders, Hood, and Liftgate) in the Body Shop.Work with Manufacturing Process group to implement a Flexible Measurement System using robotically mounted Vision cameras to measure process capability points and critical Fit requirements on every vehicle.

Responsible for all Panel Line Fits in the Body Shop and on the Final Line at Chrysler’s Brampton Assembly Plant for the launch of the 2011 Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300. Identify dimensional issues with the Charger and 300 Fender and work with stamping to identify corrective actions.Manage and Root Cause variation issues with the Front End Net Form and Pierce Tool (Fender, Hood and Fascia), Rear End Net Form and Pierce Tool (Decklid and Taillamp), and the Door Hinge Install tool for the Charger and 300.Identify installation issues for the Doors On process in the Body Shop and re-installation of the Doors on the Final Line for the Charger and 300. Root Cause Fit and Finish issues related to all Closure Panels (Doors, Hood, and Decklid) for the Charger and 300.

Responsible for all business activity including technical content of all results and presentations, revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, budget, contract maintenance and negotiation, profitability, and business plan development and execution. Also responsible for managing all personnel issues including resource utilization, personnel development, recruiting, immigration issues, and resolution of personnel issues.

Responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the Engineering Services manpower needs.

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of projects, including proposal development, budget tracking, technical review, and presentation/report preparation.

Responsible for all aspects of individual projects including technical accuracy, customer interaction, report summary, and presentation of study findings.Conducted tolerance analysis support for body, chassis, and interior systems.Performed model iterations to determine effects of tolerance, process, and geometry modifications.Provided direction on how to improve quality, reduce costs, and reduce time to market for engineering teams.
