• Oversee daily operations on the assistance platform- case load allocation, skill set setting for different teams to ensure the appropriate service delivery to our clients and members and meeting corporate service level agreements and KPIs. • Effectively manage complex and highly sensitive medical evacuations & repatriations cases (media coverage, global crisis, multiple casualties, natural disasters, US military and government contractors worldwide). • Review and approve client procedures for new clients and existing ones - Ensure the level of service can be attained and satisfied, ensure the current platform / resources and capabilities can meet the client expectations in terms of fulfilling the service level. • Complete performance reviews for operations team and weekly platform assessment to identify areas of improvement and focus - complete forecast for platform activity, staffing - Planning and execution of new internal / external projects and new product launch • Identify opportunities for new product / service offering, provide quantitative data to account management & sales teams to design and implement new bundle services products. • Manage client complaints and inquiries; Perform root/cause analysis - identify defects and areas of improvement ; create corrective plans internally and improvement/ change to client procedures to improve service delivery; Provide coaching and training to operations team. • Manage all insurance/ DBA billing inquiries involving complex high cost involvement medical and security cases; Complete assistance service reports to clients for high risk evacuation and repatriation cases worldwide
