Greg Kearns brings more than 15 years of professional healthcare experience - having developed expertise in leadership, operations, strategy, innovation, physician relationships and community partnerships to drive strategic growth across the continuum of integrated health systems. Previously serving as VP of Strategic Planning, Business Development and Innovation at Bon Secours Health System, Greg was responsible for providing leadership and direction for enterprise wide strategic planning, while also leading initiatives to support service line development, expanded partnerships and other strategic transactions to drive system-wide revenue growth. In this role, Greg leveraged his prior experience at the enterprise level of Bon Secours where he was responsible for coordinating operational, financial, legal, and governance review and approvals for an array of strategic transactions including capital, real estate, joint venture, and physician related transactions. His prior experience working at the local market level of Bon Secours Baltimore Health System, as well as in his role as Director of Planning for Stamford Health in Stamford, CT uniquely position Greg to understand the balance needed when attempting to affect change at both micro (local) and macro (system) levels. Greg has an astute ability to work with diverse leaders - quickly learning how they think and building their trust to then partner with them and facilitate the development of solutions to complex problems in an open, collaborative environment that seeks to ensure that the various and sometimes conflicting needs of stakeholders are met.Greg’s experience working with leaders at various levels of organizations to drive system-wide initiatives across the complex management and governance structures one encounters in a multi-state, multi-channel health system position him well to now begin work with stakeholders working at even larger, global scales.
