This includes content creation & blogging, all print and web collateral, paid searches, Hubspot integration and efforts, press releases, agent training and motivation, and serving as a brand ambassador. Successfully saw over $80 Million in sales in 2013 alone. Leads up over 32% from previous year while web traffic up over 18% more visits monthly.

Work as a brand ambassador for the company on various trips throughout the world. As the largest charter of gay vacations, Atlantis hosts numerous events each year on cruise ships and resorts. Through my role, I am able to interact and connect with thousands of guests and am involved with team building, entertainment, and overall guest satisfaction.

Rebranding: Transformed company from a predominantly college rental office to a full service brokerage firm through reestablishing its market presence through new logo, website, marketing strategies and promotional efforts. Sales Training: Implementing successful strategies from past positions and experience helped increase volume and revenue for the company through training of new and existing employees. This included lead generation techniques, proper negotiation and selling strategies, and an overall look at policy and procedure.Management: After only 3 months heading the marketing efforts, I was asked to head all sales and personnel strategies overall. This included lead management, recruiting, human resource functions, and employee motivation.

Communication: A vital aspect of this position involved clear and consistent communication with other team members as well as the event planning team and guests. This ensured that problems could be corrected in an efficient and timely manner.
