I work directly with customers need large-scale changes to their carwash database. I conduct consultations to learn what the customer needs then create and execute a plan to make sure the customer's needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. Along with DRB's software, I use Adobe Illustrator to create screen images for the site's self-serve kiosks.
