I have decided to retire after 45 years in the retail business. I have spent 35+ years in the shopping center industry and the last 20 as President and CEO of JLL’s Americas Retail business. I implement all retail strategies in the Americas, which deliver management, leasing, marketing, development, tenant representation and strategic consulting services to national, local and global retailers and retail owners. The JLL Retail portfolio has over 600 centers, totaling about 100 million square feet under management.In my past role, I serve on JLL Global and Americas Retail Boards, which sets strategy and direction for the future of the business in retail throughout the globe. JLL’s retail business generated in excess of $350 million in annual fee income with more than 1200+ professionals across the United States.Having been a receiver for 30 years, I was head of the firm’s receivership practice for all asset types including: office, industrial, retail, hotels, land, multifamily, healthcare and senior housing.
