* Acquired the State Bank Building, Riley Street, Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1994. Converted thebank fortress into a large residential development with 60 luxury apartments. Highly prizedresidential building with almost no vacancy factor since completion.* In 2001 appointed world renown architect Harry Siedler to design a luxurious high rise residential development in Sydney centre, North Apartments. This was at 91 Goulburn Street, Sydney. This was the last Sydney buildingHarry Sielder designed before his passing.* With joint venture partners, developed luxury apartments north of Sydney in 2004. Named Cote D’Azur and sold as luxury holiday properties.* In 2005 purchased Jewel Shopping Centre in Sydney. Expanded the centre and doubled its turnover within 12 months.

* Established Richardson & Wrench franchise in Hurstville, Sydney. Became top 10 within thenetwork within 2 years. Sold to a director of R&W National Operations.* Opened Nationwide Real Estate in 1991 in highly prestigious suburb of Double Bay, Sydney.Employed over 60 real estate agents. Ran this firm for 23 years. Turnover grew from $250,000in first year, to multi-million dollar turnover 7 years later.* Awarded Number One for the Nationwide Group of over 250 offices. A title Gregory maintainedfor each consecutive year within the Nationwide National Group.* In 2006 launched boutique brand Place Real Estate, a new real estate brand, in NSW. With a $1.5million launch program, it became a highly successful Sydney operation.
