Supporting Independent Agents representing The Cincinnati Insurance Company in the greater Cleveland and Akron areas of Northeast Ohio in new business production and portfolio management in commercial lines (Medina, Lorain and portions of Summit and Cuyahoga counties).

Hands-on leadership in local, municipal government since 1997 (appointed to fill an unexpired term in 1997; and, elected/re-elected in 1997, 2001, 2005, 2009, and 2013). Experience includes two years as Council President Pro-Tem and 10 years as a member of the Westfield Fire & Rescue governing committee.

Representing Westfield Group in a wide range of legislative, regulatory and public affairs issues at the state level in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado. Developing strategies for promoting and advancing legislation and regulations favorable to insurance companies, agents and policyholders.

Executive leadership and execution of proven remote banking services to independent insurance agencies representing Westfield Insurance; including, but not limited to, term loans for acquistions, perpetuation purposes, real estate, and working capital lines of credit; deposit services featuring safe, secure on-line cash management and remote check capture.

Various roles in commercial insurance staff and line functions over a 21 year period, including field marketing and underwriting, staff training and development, product development, agency licensing, underwriting management and executive management in mid-market business development.
