Human Resources Manager Of Operations
Human Resources Executive with experience in overseeing both union and non-union manufacturing facilities ranging from 200 colleagues to 1000 colleagues with 7 days a week manufacturing and multiple shifts. Providing partnership with management in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, staffing, talent management, competency management, succession planning, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, coaching and mentoring, on boarding and new hire orientations, investigations, Labor Relations, grievance procedures, month ending statistics, AAP planning and FMLA and ADA guidelines and Labor Law.
