About Gregory Beckham

Special Operations Veteran to Marketing Operations Prodigy. In 2020, I was forced to pivot from aviation to the tech industry. Despite having zero experience, I dedicated my life to acquiring the skills necessary to succeed in the tech industry. When presented an opportunity to prove myself, I was given 24 hours to learn everything I could about software development. My efforts proved fruitful, as I became one of the first BDR hires for LaunchDarkly in Atlanta. From there, I became a leading inbound BDR by building insightful SFDC reports for both myself and my teammates. I won multiple SPIFFS and assisted leadership in data collection and analysis. I am known as a sales tool expert (nicknamed 'Professor Greg') and was tasked with enabling new hires on our systems and workflows. When there was a lone EMEA AE and 2 BDRs, I laid the ground work for what is now the EMEA Sales team at LaunchDarkly. After a year, I was asked to become the SDR Team lead. My expertise is proven, and I went on to mentor award-winning BDRs and successful AEs.As the SDR Team lead, I was able to take deeper dives into our data and found a taste for revenue forensics. At this time, I built a working relationship with the Data Analytics team and began experimenting with SQL queries. In addition to working in Snowflake, I collaborated with both the Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to build my proficiency in SFDC. My work paid off, and my name started spreading to the upper reaches of the organization. I was awarded the Company "Mechanic Award" for my work with the Technology Chief of Staff, the Director of Business Development, and the Marketing Operations team. When the inbound SDR team was dissolved, I was asked to join the Marketing Operations team.I was responsible for continuing to my work as sales tool support, troubleshooting the most difficult issues the revenue teams may have faced. I continued writing more processes and procedures, monitored and reported campaign success, and was a reliable liaison for cross-department concerns and inquires. In addition to these duties, I was assigned as the Admin for Outreach.io, and LeanData. With LaunchDarkly facing a massive changes at the end of 2022, I was tasked with building brand new Lead and Contact routing maps for the entire organization. If you're looking for someone who is battle-tested, adaptable to change, and personifies tenacity, I'm ready to take on new challenges and await your orders.

Listed skills include Lead Management, Collaborative Problem Solving, Consultative Selling, Sales Process, and 33 others.
