Dean Of Students
Current* Assist school administration with truant students by conducting home visits* Builds meaningful and professional relationships with students, teachers and families* Actively participates in professional development and works collaboratively with other culture team members to improve student culture* Differentiates discipline structures and supports to create appropriate interventions and consequences for all scholars* Uses restorative practices to respond to student issues in classrooms and school common spaces* Create and execute proactive and reactive school-wide culture systems in hallways, cafeteria, auditorium, and supports teachers in creating strong classroom culture* Serve as a liaison Alcohol, tobacco, and drug prevention in the community* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the principal, assistant principal or other school leadership
