I am a strategic, driven, and creative leader with fifteen years of progressive leadership experience in the non-profit and education sector. Equally comfortable and effective in educational and operational leadership roles, my hands-on approach empowers teams, increases institutional capacity, and improves student outcomes.I have managed large and complex projects spanning multiple departments, stewarded multimillion dollar budgets, and overseen operational systems (including safety and security, facilities, IT, and data reporting) for 5 schools that serve approximately 1900 students and 250 staff members.Before leading school system operations, I was a highly effective school principal. My teams consistently met or exceeded student achievement goals, including two consecutive years of a Level 1+ high school performance rating, the highest possible on the Chicago Public Schools' School Quality Rating Policy.
