• Technical lead for the Frontier (Fiserv) 6.1 upgrade, which was both on time and on budget. It composed of 2 databases, 27 servers, 3,000 scheduled jobs, 300 reports, and many other components.• SME for the AssureNET (Trintech) application, which included being the point person for the 6.2 upgrade and business support for issues or questions.• Team representative for the Continuous Improvement panel within Finance IT, which strives to find areas for continuous improvement within the company• Chair of an internal Frontier optimization team and led the initiatives for:o Eliminating un-necessary job streams through job import consolidation/re-designo Streamlined the Frontier ‘Sum Item’ record creation and import process into one configurable Crystal report, instead of the legacy need to create a new report per process. 80+ reports had been created prior to this and no new reports have been created since.o Led the purge and database index strategies which have had a large positive impact on end user performance and system performance. It has had such a positive impact that it has transitioned into a formal yearly review.o Clustered scheduling to allow for ‘next available’ scheduling instead of single threaded scheduling.o Identifying and eliminating match passes that are not productive to save system processing time.o Implemented analysis tools that deliver daily/monthly trends, capacity, metrics, and bottlenecks to help the development and support teams keep the application in good health.

• Designed management reporting database from scratch to measure system efficiency, capacity, service level agreement timeliness, and other metrics reporting, decreasing manual processes by up to 80%.• Converted business areas from a manual general ledger, sub-ledger, position, or transaction level reconciliation to an automated reconciliation by writing business requirements based upon business needs and designing a solution to meet the business needs using both cash and securities reconciliations, while remaining Sarbanes-Oxley compliant.
