Managed the Business Banking Division for Northern California, Central Valley and most recently the Central Coast Division. Responsible for growing NOI through loan origination, retention and cross-sell to new and existing clients. Accountable for compliance, operational and credit risk. Led budget, forecasting and strategic growth initiatives. • Doubled new loan origination for the Division in 2015.• Exceeded NOI targets while maintaining a credit portfolio with no losses.• Participated and led strategic growth teams that designed processes, direction and planning to senior executive management.

West Coast

Responsibilities included credit process improvements, credit policy oversight and portfolio management. Led several credit committees. Integrated and managed the Bank’s community agricultural credit underwriting group as well as our TI and construction management team. Led the acquisition and integration of three banks.• Led the successful acquisition and integration of Santa Barbara Bank and Trust. Served as the Workstream Lead for Commercial and Business Banking. Integrated a commercial portfolio of approximately $2B in outstandings.• In 2010, led the commercial integration of Frontier Bank, approximately $1.2B in outstanding with a team of 46 bankers. Concurrently led the commercial integration of Mt. Tamalpias Bank. Both were FDIC assisted transactions.

Drove revenue growth of the Region’s portfolio by developing and managing a team of Private Bankers. Mentored and coached the team to obtain assigned revenue goals. Led all aspects of the Region’s deposit and credit portfolio. Provided strategic and visionary direction to the Region within the scope of the Bank’s mission. Accountable for compliance matters including adherence to the Bank’s BSA/AML policies. • Exceeded NOI and growth goals for the Region.• Led Northern California in new assets under management and trust engagements. • Designed, developed and executed on a sales strategy playbook.
