Senior Site InspectorRemingon And Vernick Engineers Apr 1991 - Jul 1993Involved in contract administration, municipal code and Municipal Land Use Law compliance for our clients capital and planning board projects. Coverage was over five municipal townships, two of these townships were new accounts, however all require daily scheduling of inspection staff to cover their capital and planning board projects in meeting project specifications and municipal land use compliance. We interface daily with municipal officials, builder/developers, contractors, engineers and the resident taxpayers in coordination and resolution of scheduled work by solving site specific issues such as monitoring schedules, contract compliance, coordination with affected residents, mitigation of disputes, design field changes and bond reductions. We handled conflicts that arose from road/utility reconstruction and land development projects within the township's borders. Also turned around two deteriorating projects with strong supervision and project management skills so uncharacteristic of the passive role of the inspection industry. I have also taken a leadership role in helping evaluate our cost containment options of our health benefits program as well as composing the rough draft of our wellness program. -
