UTI is a non asset based Global Supply Chain Management Company. In this role I had full accountability for our business in Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam. In other areas of the Mekong Region we partnered with reliable and proven agents.I was focused on delivering growth through innovative solutions and ensuring UTi was at the forefront of a booming ASEAN region. I consolidated Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam into one cluster. My role was also to streamline the business, reduce costs and prepare the business for acquisition. In late 2015 DSV acquired the assets of UTi Worldwide.

Suttons Group is a global supply chain management company which is headquartered in Cheshire, United Kingdom. Suttons operates predominantly in the Chemical, Fuel, Gas and Food Industries.USA offices in New Jersey, Chicago and Houston. I also opened a new agency in Mexico in May of 2014. As Regional Director, Americas - I had full P & L accountability for the USA, Canada and Mexico and activities in LATAM. Integral to this position was the ability to design multi - modal solutions and route to market solutions. 12 Month - Contract Assignment.

Tradelink is the retail arm of Crane Distribution Limited (CDL) - a Member of The Fletcher Group of Companies.The GM Supply Chain was a new position within CDL and my primary responsibility was to Develop the Supply Chain Transformation Strategy and implementation. Tradelink has 220 Retail outlets throughout Australia and my charter was to take our distribution model from Direct to Store (DTS) to a Centralised model.Providing Strategic Direction, Vision and Leadership were key to success in this role.In the first six months - Results were excellent with savings of AUD$1m delivered through process and productivity improvements, strategic procurement etc.12 month contract assignment

Employs 24,000 staff and have 150+ stores with 111 Hypermarkets and also Mini Big C, Market and Pure (Drugstore) Formats.Focus was on taking the retail supply chain to stores to the next level as well as introducing innovation and technology to improve cycle times, Increase on - shelf availability, reduce our carbon footprint and improve the lives of our customers.In January 2011, Big C Thailand acquired the assets of Carrefour Thailand.Achievements included the re-structuring and integration of Inventory and Replenishment Functions whilst integrating Carrefour, and the successful introduction of Thermal Pallet Covers for Transport as well as Key Supplier Shuttles. I had the ability to re-design our supply chain and implement best practice solutions for our growing format of stores - Hyper, Super, Wholesale, Pharmacy and Convenience stores.

Mayne Logistics was Australia's oldest transportation Company.My role here was developing national contract logistics accounts and providing solutions to Multinational Companies in the Retail, FMCG and Automotive areas.Particular Focus on Hi - Tech with contract wins with HP Australia and also development of the NCR / ATM Remote stocking solution for the Australian Banking Industry.In 2002, Mayne Group sold their Contract Logistics and Express Business to TOLL Group and To Linfox to focus on their pharmaceutical business.

Responsible for development of Air and Sea Freight volumes between Europe and Australia. Main industries were Pharmaceuticals and Fashion.Focus on developing solutions and growing the contract logistics area of the business.Singnificant success with Multi-Nationals through strong relationship development and solution design.
