Led the Project Office and Technology Support Group for American Funds Service business. Responsible for execution of business transformation initiatives, program/project delivery, project governance, IT budgeting, and technology support functions (help desk, system access and system support). Also responsible for the key vendor relationships for American Funds Transfer Agency, Trustee and Retirement businesses.

Led a multi-year business and technology transformation program for American Funds Retirement business. Responsible for program management, governance and successful delivery of all initiatives including business case realization. Also, managed the Program Management Office for the American Funds Retirement and Trustee business.

Led a multi-year service and technology transformation for American Funds Transfer Agency business to improve adoption of self-service channels and deliver a proactive service experience. The program included the creation of a customer servicing strategy, the definition of key initiatives/business capabilities, governance model and program management and delivery. Ensured all initiatives were delivered successfully and business benefits were achieved.

Managed application development and delivery for all customer servicing, business intelligence and reporting systems for American Funds Transfer Agency business. Led the American Funds application architecture team and created a technology strategy team supporting the Sales, Marketing and Transfer Agency application portfolio.

Managed the Information Technology division that provided new product development, third party system integration, system enhancements for retirement services applications, and the management of all network/computer operations for multiple locations.
