In 2010, Greg fully took over the management of day to day operations as General Manager. Starting in 2011 there was a shift in the performance based advertising industry which caused VHMnetwork LLC to refocus it's business around it's internal web properties including JobDiagnosis.com. JobDiagnosis.com, a global job search engine, is the company's greatest success. Greg led the growth of JobDiagnosis.com in the US through his traffic acquisition and monetization strategies. Using these strategies VHMworld LTD (a wholly owned subsidiary) has launched JobDiagnosis.com in 15 additional countries.
