Greg leads the Texas healthcare team for Layton Construction, a full-service construction manager with 16 offices across the US including Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Greg led a team that provided real estate development, acquisition, and project management services for more than 20 healthcare facilities and managed a portfolio of 50 ambulatory care and support assets for corporate healthcare clients. Greg’s teams provided transaction advisory services for $400 million in M&A transactions, development services for $150 million in acute and ambulatory facilities, and portfolio administration for an 800,000 square foot outpatient facility portfolio. Greg also helped his clients develop and deploy progressive care delivery platforms including population health networks, strategic provider partnerships and patient-centered care models. During his tenure, Greg grew HBS' Southern region revenue and staff by 400%.

Greg was responsible for providing company leadership as well as maintaining relationships with corporate and physician-led healthcare operators across the full care continuum. Greg managed teams that sourced, leased, financed and closed more than $100 million of healthcare real estate development with a principal focus on acute and post-acute facilities ranging from $20 million to $30 million.

Greg maintained client relationships and managed project teams for assigned projects. Greg participated in the development of over $100 million of bond-financed university-sponsored student housing projects as well as conventionally financed market rate multifamily projects.

Greg directed project teams during the construction phase of more than $200 million of healthcare and corporate development projects.
