Upon graduation from Michigan State University I joined the Management Training Program. After 3 years of various assignments and field experience I was promoted to Branch Manager and later branch officer status managing branches for the 7th largest thrift at the time. I also helped with our successful IPO and platform upgrade implementation and training.
