Combining my unique skill sets I have decided to pursue a front line customer service role at Service NSW where I can make use of my passion to assist clients from all walks of life with their everyday transactions, whilst providing a fun and positive experience. • 12+ years experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE - across fast food, hospitality and retail industries. I developed skills in customer service, personal presentation, team work, sales, and money handling. I also learnt to understand the needs of a customer in order to offer the best possible advice and/or solutions. • 6+ years experience in SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT - developed skills in attention to detail, working under pressure, multi tasking, negotiation, professionalism and prioritizing and delegating workloads in order to meet deadlines. I also developed the ability to intuitively pick up new skills particularly in the use of software applications. • 3+ years experience in ENGLISH LANGUAGE EDUCATION - assisting clients of all ages and walks of life with language goals; I developed strong skills in public speaking, planning, improvisation, active listening, assertiveness, flexibility, empathy and cultural awareness. It was also during this time that I developed fluency in Mandarin as a second language.
