Coordinates with the Bank’s BankNet liaison to provide an accurate copy of the building floor plans on BankNet.Maintains an accurate record of employee locations on a set of master floor plans. Uses information provided by Human Resources and move forms to maintain the floor plans.Assists with the security card access system to process and provide card access badges, ID’s, parking, and exercise facility authorization for Bank employees, interns, and tenants.Assists with preparation of the annual Facilities budget and obtains cost estimates from contractors and suppliers, as required.Oversees the accurate inventory of all building locks and keys and ensures maintenance of accurate key records, floors plans, and master key cabinets.Assists the Director of Administrative Services with the vendor contract negotiations and ensures accurate documentation retention and contract terms and conditions. Six new assembly staff members unloaded the containers and completed the assembly of the 90 - 110 horsepower tractors. Depending on the type of tractor, the final assembly, which can include loader, backhoe and mower mounting, can take from one to 15 hours to complete.The Company is in process of consolidating the final assembly operation into their new 120,000 square foot Headquarters from two remote sites. The facility also houses spare parts and service training as well as all support functions for the Company.
