I entered the employee benefits business out of college and appreciate the opportunities to help others and grow each day in an evolving healthcare market. My roots are on the carrier side of the business as a producer and sales leader, focusing on health care plan development with various funding mechanisms. As my career evolved, I realized that my true passion was in developing relationships by listening to others, growing on a daily basis by learning ways to help others, negotiating favorable terms on behalf of customers, and serving customers to the best of my ability in a team environment. I love meeting new people and serving our existing customers, while understanding how we can assist them to best meet their employee benefits needs. These characteristics lead to the development and growth of Watko Benefit Group.Watko Benefit Group was formed in September of 2003. Our company is a full service employee benefits provider focusing on the needs of small to medium size businesses predominantly located in the Midwest. I am proud to work with a great team of people who are dedicated to our customers and help them chart the challenges of healthcare plan development and plan expense control. Our client base includes companies of many industries and locations, with groups as small as 3 employees and as large as 2200 employees.Our business continues to grow as we help employers control plan costs while providing updated benefits planning in an ever-changing environment.
