Lead an engineering org focused on the Shop or Top of Funnel capabilities across target.com, the Target iOS/Android apps, and back end services.

Lead two engineering product portfolios. One consisted of engineering teams that own a number of capabilities across Target's stores and/or supply chain, including price, presentation/planogram, grocery and compliance, reverse logistics, and help/communication. The other product group was focused on creating Team Member facing user experiences across both mobile and web platforms that enable the work of 350,000+ field and HQ team members across our stores and supply chain businesses.

Lead an engineering organization accountable products that enable Stores Fulfillment, Replenishment, Pricing, Planogram, Signing, Printing, Grocery Ordering and Compliance, Reverse Logistics, and Guest Kiosks.

Accountable for the Sales Floor and Retail Operations product group within the Stores portfolio, which includes multiple global engineering/product teams that enable store pricing, presentation/planograms, store signing, store print platform, grocery operations, and deli scales, TM-facing Android applications and guest tablets/kiosks.

Lead Target's Enterprise API and Integration Platform teams, a product organization of 70+ across the US and India. We provide the platforms and solutions that enable managing and securing Target's APIs, as well as Kafka, GraphQL, EDI, Managed File Transfer, and B2B integrations.

Target's enterprise API team exposes data and capabilities through RESTful APIs that enable Target.com, Target mobile apps, omni-channel, internal applications, and many 3rd party initiatives. Our team helped pioneer the DevOps movement at Target, adopting tools like Chef, Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, and HipChat. Key technologies in our API Stack include Spring Boot, Grails, Cassandra, Kafka, Nginx, Node.js, and Fastly.

API Program (2011-2013)Defined and kicked off a 3-year program to build enterprise APIs across Target. Lead the business architecture for the program, defining the API roadmaps, governance, and solution architecture.Target.com Replatform (2009-2011)Initially lead the integration architecture track across the program, then moved into a role leading the solution architecture between the new Target.com platform and ~40 applications across the Target enterprise.E-commerce Supply Chain Program (2007-2009)Lead integration solution architecture across a new purchase order management system (Sterling), a new replenishment/forecasting system), an upgraded OMS at Amazon, 2 new fulfillment centers (Manhattan WMS), and several other existing supply chain systems.
