As Provincial Director of WSP for Nova Scotia, and Manager of our Atlantic Planning Division, Greg set the vision and objectives for the WSP team, monitors schedules and budgets and assists in delivering well prepared community-based projects. Manager, Land Use Planning
The WSP Atlantic Planning Team focused on local Development projects and Municipal Policy projects. As Manager of the Planning team Greg worked closely with other WSP disciplines, clients, municipal officials, Councillors and regulators to deliver a complete design package. For Municipal clients, we act as an extension to their existing structure and provide insight on land-use policy and regulation. Key to the success of this position is staying on top of local market trends and a maintaining relationships across the local Real Estate industry. Full knowledge of all HRM Planning policy and regulation is a necessity to provide WSP's clients with timely and accurate recommendations.

Managed a team of Urban Planners, Graphic Designers, Urban Designers and Planning Technicians on local and national Planning projects. Responsible for maintaining excellent working relationships with local government and city officials.
