This included competitive and training venues, hotels and accommodation and key transport hubs including Glasgow and Edinburgh airports.As Sales/Project Director it was my responsibility to build relationships with the management team of each event venue, liaise with and manage other approved contractors. I was also responsible for maintaining relationships with large organisations such as, local authorities, housing associations, universities, student accommodation providers and government work schemes.Although this position was a dual sales and operational role my skills gained over the years in the sales environment were absolutely pivotal in delivering a successful outcome.
