I am a Product Manager with a double degree in Business Administration and Political Science and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria. I have core competencies in product management, agile methodologies, and customer analysis.In my current role, I lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, coordinating internal and external resources, and establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders. I have experience in designing and building AI/chatbot flows, automating customer care processes, and preparing marketing campaigns to boost chatbot usage.
