• Contracted with Lahey Health System – a large academic health system in the greater Boston area that includes a flagship hospital as well as several community-based hospitals and a mental health hospital. Member of team that installed a ‘big bang’ implementation of Epic Systems across entire Dartmouth Hitchcock enterprise, bringing inpatient, ambulatory, emergency, HIM, pharmacy, and operating suites live. Worked with clinicians and administration to identify, map, and build clinical workflows after process analysis. Wrote and executed testing scripts. • Project ManagementInterim Project Director for Clinical Documentation, ASAP, and HIM implementation projects. Managed team of 8 Implementation Coordinators and corresponding Epic Implementation staff for approximately 9 months during two year project. In coordination with other application Project Directors, assisted Senior Project Director in mapping out long term, integrated project plan. Prioritized issues and assigned build work to Implementation Coordinators based on skill set and workload. Coordinated teams through validation sessions, Visio workflow designs, build gap analysis, configuration content gathering, and testing script creation.
