Accountability for all mobility sales in Telstra Enterprise & Government sales across Victoria, South Australia & West Australia. This role involves management of 4 sales managers and their teams across three states.

I was responsible for migration of 60,000 (VGDL) copper lines to IP services within Telstra Enterprise & Govt. I worked with account teams nationally to ensure that appropriate products were available to migrate to, that customers understood the impacts of the migration and that contracts were signed to ensure no loss of services to Telstra. My particular areas of focus nationally were traffic lights, security lines, fire alarms and utilities.

I was accountable for meeting revenue targets for 5 products within the Wideband Transmision Product portfolio. The products ranged from single line 2MB products to complex private wavelength solutions ranging from 1Gig to up to 40Gig, depending on customer requirements. The role required technical understanding of the product set along with vendor management capabilities and business development skills to achieve growth targets.
