Manager - Financial Planning Systems
CurrentEnsure continued operation of core TelstraSuper Financial Planning Systems (Midwinter and CRM) and represent these products across strategic decision making, projects and BAU to identify further development opportunities. This role is responsible for;*Development of strategic artefacts (business requirements, process mapping and writing business cases) for product development and stated benefits.*Managing and prioritising development backlog across the core Financial Planning Systems (Midwinter and CRM).*Ensuring that product roadmap/s are aligned with strategic and operational goals.*Development and co-ordination of user acceptance testing in relation to system development.*Regularly reviewing system processes to look at continued efficiency opportunities.*Change management across the business for system changes including procedures, training and ongoing support.*Escalated business queries and issues relating to Financial Planning systems.*Developing and coaching one direct report.Recent Projects include:- Successful integration between Acurity and AdviceOS.- Successful integration between internal built advice calculator and AdviceOS- Successful integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AdviceOS
