Newly graduated and certified, managing the radiology for primary care & urgent care at the Lakeshore clinic two days a week.

Working varying shifts and departments in the hospital, I acquire diagnostic X-rays of patients following Dr. requisition and direction. Always following ALARA's guiding principles & standards to minimize patient dose, while abiding by & upholding the RT code of ethics. Departments range across fluoroscopy, orthopedic, emergency department, and surgery. Images are verified by an ARRT registered technologist before final submission.

Part of the Radiologic Technology program at Bellevue College, we are simultaneously submerged in on-site clinical x-ray experience with patients throughout our two-year education. There are four departments of hands-on experience: fluoroscopy, surgery, emergency department, and orthopedics. We are progressively more involved with and in charge of patient exams, and gain competencies within all the expected knowledge of a Radiologic Technologist. Clinical time varies from two-8hr days a week, to five-8hr days a week.

Working directly with orthopedic surgeons, I capture high quality diagnostic images of patients in all conditions for various medical purposes in a high-paced outpatient facility.

Through this hands-on management training program, I've built on my supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/ tea passion and business acumen all in preparation for managing a store. I work alongside my team while learning how to take on the role of running a multi-million dollar business of leading great teams, and building a meeting place the community.

Direct partners and work flow on the floor to maintain the optimum production & atmosphere. Make decisions that affect the store & partners, and demonstrate strong leadership. Strong customer service skills to maximize sales and promote repeat customers. Responsibilities include leading the store's ordering systems, time management, problem solving, and excellent communication skills.

Solely produce three varieties of desserts from scratch for daily service, as well as sauces and garnishes to compliment. Also prepping and producing soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts to order, while maintaining an efficient and clean environment.

Production of cookie doughs, batters, mixes, icings, and fillings. Assisted primary baker in prepping, proofing, baking, and glazing of products. Also closing: cleaning, organization, and sanitation of equipment and supplies.

Customer service, financials, crew management, cleaning, hire/fire, ordering/inventory, conducted meetings, scheduling, cake decorating, and food prep.
