Projects management include the following-• Collaborate with Employee Survey Response team to prioritize projects to improve morale. • Advise on new training strategies and onboarding to help leaders increase staff engagement and improve performance. • Planning and coordinating employee barbeques, bring your child to work day and family day.• Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to improve moral through business activities.• Collaborate with leaders and employees to determine improvements that would enable them to perform their job more effectively.

Execute events for large groups ensuring everything goes as planned and everyone has a good time.

Assist program coordinators in planning and executing a variety of recreation activities, including, Softball, Corporate Games, Volleyball, Basketball, Ski Blitz, etc. Execute program from beginning planning phases, through the end award ceremony.

Site supervise, scorekeep, umpire, for several different recreation programs (softball, Corporate Games, basketball, volleyball) across Salt Lake County. Effective Communicate with coaches and players to ensure a fun playing environment. Sports statistics for players performance.
