Initiated the weekly Multimodal Learning faculty newsletter to provide tips and strategies for pivoting to remote/online teaching. Created and managed department’s marketing campaign and adjusted ad runs based on performance matrices. Assisted with the Foundations of Online Learning Course for all CWU faculty. Worked with state and national agencies to procure resources at little to no cost. Managed department contracts.
