Responsible for the full portfolio of grants, which include the whole grant life cycle (design, selection, startup, implementation and closure), ensuring compliance with internal procedures as well state policies and legal requirements and in collaboration with SJI subject matter experts and external partners.

Created a four-year degree pathway in partnership with the Lieutenant Governor’s Office and the university. Researched and drafted Prior Learning policy and processes. Analyzed online enrollment data to establish trends and provide better services to departments, current and prospective students. Implemented quarterly newsletters to and for online students. Coordinated a communication plan with the Admission’s Office to increase coverage while eliminating redundancy. Implemented the digital badging initiative (processes, work group, share point site, badge design, etc). Initiated the weekly Multimodal Learning faculty newsletter to provide tips and strategies for pivoting to remote/online teaching. Created and managed department’s marketing campaign and adjusted ad runs based on performance matrices. Assisted with the Foundations of Online Learning Course for all CWU faculty. Worked with state and national agencies to procure resources at little to no cost. Managed department contracts.

Provide leadership and oversight of Continuing Education's operations in support of unit and university missions including: strategic direction, fiscal viability, personnel supervision, policy development, establishing partnerships, grant development, contract negotiations, program development and marketing, representing the unit and university, and overall quality assurance.

Responsible for successful operation of CWU-Lynnwood & CWU-Everett and other nearby and affiliated teaching sites (community colleges, etc.). Facilitatd efficient and effective service to students and faculty in the delivery of academic programs and student services at these teaching sites while providing administrative leadership and supervision of support staff. Ensured access to resources for students, faculty and the general public in support of student learning. Promoted outstanding academic and student life, and facilitated inclusive and diverse campus communities through interactions with each center, the residential campus, the community colleges and the public.
