With a dynamic real estate career spanning more than three decades, Gretchen's professional experience had included roles as agent, office manager, and senior corporate executive. As Chief Operating Officer for Prudential Realty in California, Nevada and Texas, she directed operations for more than 118 offices and 3,300 agents who handled more than $8 billion in sales in 2004 alone. After 7 years, Gretchen shifted her focus away from executive management in favor of the opportunities associated with business ownership and became one of N.A.R.'s Top 40 Under 40 and also one of the Bay Area's Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times. Gretchen has earned the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Contra Costa County. In November of 2005, Gretchen opened her first real estate office in San Ramon, California. With immediate success in the market, Gretchen subsequently opened several offices throughout Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco Counties.
