People And Culture Coordinator
Current• Provides support to hiring managers in the recruitment and selection process by creating and maintaining competition files, posting positions, screening/assessing applicants and managing hiring documentation and onboarding processes.• Manages end-to-end recruitment activities for some entry level roles in the organization.• Leads the coordination of onboarding process of new employees with MyHR, IT, Facilities, and Corporate Services.• Develops and manages a corporate approach to establish and maintain organizational charts for all business units.• Human Resources documents including employment offers and agreements, correspondence, and other documentation.• Ensures electronic records are filed and maintained in accordance with procedures and timelines.• Manages and coordinates minutes for Human Resources and action item management.• Monitors employee information (e.g., hire dates, probationary periods, temporary assignments, secondments, etc.) and manages calendarized Human Resources activities and events and advises managers of any actions required.• Supports the annual communications plan to establish the organization’s communications priorities and ensure communications are consistent with the organization’s strategic objectives, project objectives and government’s corporate practices and objective’s by working alongside the Communications and Human Resources team.
