Product Line Manager
CurrentServing as the liaison between the Product Development, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing departments, it is my responsibility to manage all seasonal inline/DTC/SMU line plans and product calendars. My duties also include synchronizing and administering product information across Marolina Outdoor's PLM, 3PL, and ERP softwares.My goal on a seasonal and annual basis is to create products that tell a unique story while also meeting the expected sales growth predictions based on assumptions from quantitative historical data. This is accomplished by maintaining a balance of creative vision, strategic thinking, and production feasibility, resulting in substantial market share growth and the continued success of our expanding brand.
