I currently run the corporate mail room for the company. I oversee all incoming and outgoing mail for the company Headquarters here in Raleigh. I oversee all of the receiving and processing of mail, including our other offices across the U.S., resulting in over 40k pieces annually. Among other things, I am in charge of ordering supplies for the main office here in Raleigh, including Coffee and kitchen supplies. I handle communication with vendors such as FedEx, Konica Minolta, Pitney Bowes, Courier Express, Canteen, USPS, The Stevens Group, Uline, and others. I am the point of contact in case there are any issues with the products or services that we have contracted with these vendors, and I am responsible for reaching out and making sure issues get resolved in a timely manner. Other things that I am responsible for on a weekly basis are: supply inventory and stocking, submitting invoices, setting up new hire desks with supplies, cleaning and maintaining empty work stations. I provide assistance to the Underwriting department to prep and mail out certified letters to policy holders and their agents of any updates to their policies. I handle business card order requests and any other specialty items that are requested. I am also in charge of ordering and stocking letterhead and specialty envelopes for the main office and any of our other offices across the U.S. that might request them.
