• Handle all customer interactions via phone, e-mail, fax and regular mail in a professional and expedient manner by thoroughly investigating inquiries and providing comprehensive answers• Perform outbound communications upon closure of escalated issues• Address Payment and/or Billing – related customer issues associated with (but not limited to); misapplied payments, check refund request, billing account adjustments, reconciliation and generation• Support customer contract renewal requests by coordinating with sales team to provide pricing• Ensure customers comprehend contract provisions by having a comprehensive understanding of Ace Electronic’s products and services, and the end-to-end customer lifecycle.• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team. Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.• Enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. • Enter and track data in sales databases and provide reports to the sales department.• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise. Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team. Arranges appointments with clients and sales team.
