I have a passion for working with organizations that create positive change through supporting communities, developing innovative solutions, and committing to peoples' wellbeing. My long-term goal is to help create this positive change through people leadership, ambitious goals, and a strong work ethic. I've always loved communicating with people and solving complex problems with teams. With over three years of experience in marketing, sales, and partner management with various organizations, I have found great joy in helping others achieve their goals or solve tough problems.I also have a passion for environmental and social improvement, as I was the VP of Recruitment, Treasurer / VP of Finance, and eventually President of the Enviro-Business Society (E3) at San Diego State University. One of my greatest achievements was re-imagining the organization's service model and brand appeal to capture a larger audience and impact. E3's impact led me to be invited onto SDSU's renewable energy board to help implement clean energy initiatives for the university. I also helped lead SDSU's annual Earth Week Festival. Not only did this promote sustainable initiatives and organizations, but it greatly improved campus engagement in a time where students were more hesitant to interact with one another.I recently graduated from the Fowler College of Business with a bachelor's in Business Management (summa cum laude) in December 2023. I am currently working as an underwriter at Kinsale Insurance - Inland Marine division, where I help provide insurance policies to businesses all over the country. I hope to continue delivering excellent value for communities and organizations for years to come!
