Participants emerge from the program with a comprehensive understanding of WPP and the advertising and marketing industry, as well as a network of some of the most influential players within it.

The GTB Greenhouse Futures Program is a 6-week virtual learning series aimed at providing opportunities for career enrichment and professional development to rising seniors and recent grads from across the U.S. Participants are given the opportunity to get up-close and personal with GTB’s Chiefs, CEO, and President making new connections and learning from top executives at GTB.
