Current• Oversee the development and execution of tailored communications plans, including client-centric messaging and communications vehicles for must-win pursuits in collaboration with subject matter experts, service and market segment leaders, and communications leadership.• Lead online communication content management, including the writing, editing, posting, and maintenance of all online content for Dewberry's website (www.dewberry.com), LinkedIn account, Twitter account, Facebook account, YouTube channel, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Since mid-2018, grown corporate LinkedIn profile followers by 110%+, post sharing by 300%+, and post engagement by 250%+. • Own firm’s blog and video content storyboard, aligning content choices to the firm’s top growth initiatives, strategic plan objectives, and must-win pursuits, while considering financial performance of the firm’s service and market segments and regional content distribution. The storyboard is filled out with up to a year’s worth of video, blog, and social post content while remaining adaptable as project team objectives change. • Led contributions for the research, content transfer, and promotional launch plan of a new external corporate website (www.dewberry.com) in collaboration with key executives and IT, utilizing key insights from client feedback, ongoing web and social media analytics reports, and SEO best practices. Currently leading ongoing content and SEO optimization efforts with senior web developer. • Led an in-house team that developed an award-winning video series, “Our Project Stories”, highlighting innovative project achievements through digestible animated stories. • Lead Dewberry's corporate community engagement efforts, including organizing volunteering events with the American Red Cross, localized food banks, and school programs. • Partnered with IT and HR to project manage the implementation of a firm-wide dynamic standardized email signature using third party software.
