• Converted 25 locations from 128Kbps Frame Relay to 10Mbps Fiber and 3Mbps Broadband increasing productivity and availability along with annual cost savings of $45,000.• Merged multiple Sprint and Nextel accounts resulting in annual cost savings of $65,000.• Designed, installed and trained Inventory Control System at all locations increasing accountability by 90%.
