About Grigor Baghdasaryan

With over six years of experience in customer experience, quality assurance, employee training, and communications, I am a Quality Control, Training & Communications Manager at DISQO, a fast-growing consumer insights platform. In this role, I have implemented various digital solutions to enhance the effectiveness and satisfaction of our customer support, such as an AI chatbot, a custom CSAT survey, and an internal knowledge base.
