• Close co-operation with Operations and Time-Charter department to ensure a quick turnaround during vessel's stay inSingapore anchorage.• Handling on average 35 vessels per month (Bulk Carriers, Tankers, Containers, LPG’s)• Coordinating all operations including entry & clearance (Pilot, tugs, documentation for customs and harbor services).• Facilitating and arranging bunkers, dry-docking services, vetting inspections, spare parts handling, repairs, and crew changes.• Managing of cash to master delivery, various provisions supply, slops/sludge removal, fresh water supply.

• Issue voyage instructions/other commercial instructions and generally keep a close liaison with the Master to ensure vessel performs as per charter party terms.• Monitor vessels daily performance at sea and in port to minimize delays, claims and/or disputes.• Manage loading and discharging operations to ensure quick turnaround time in port.• Appoint surveyors, agents at ports to assist Master.• Negotiate claims with owners/charterers or other such stakeholders to maximize voyage profitability.• Closely monitor noon reporting on vessels position on a regular basis.• Calculate Optimal Speed/Consumption prior any given voyage leg.• Support Chartering/Commercial colleagues.
