• Организация работы группы технической поддержки сервисов хостинга, DNS, доменных имен, email, SSL и IP-адресов• Поддержка серверного оборудования: настройка, модернизация, установка ПО, локализация и устранение неисправнойстей• Техническая поддержка абонентов и консультирование сотрудников контакт-центра по условиям работы сервисов, траблшутинг • Проведение анализа и систематизация обращений абонентов в контакт центр.
