I began at CCHMC on the Autism and Developmental Delay Inpatient unit, P3SW, and then was asked by then director of the Residential Therapy program to accept a position on an all adolescent female unit specializing in the care of young women diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, etc. We also specialize in the care of those exhibiting all levels of self-injurious behaviors and suicidal ideation.I am also trained in a modified form of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy meant for the use in our Residential Treatment Program.
