I am currently a Sophomore pursuing a Business Degree at Creighton University. Before attending, I worked for Jersey Mike's Subs in Downers Grove, Illinois as an Assistant Manager. This left me with responsibilities that include: leading shifts - making cuts to labor, delegating tasks, filing daily proficiency checklists, and creating a positive experience for each customer; create and place food, paper, and produce orders biweekly; conducting both weekly and monthly inventory checks; and deep cleaning the store as necessary. I also hold this position during all academic breaks.While at school, I focus on academic success and school organizations: Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and The Creightones.
