I have Found that I have always been fascinated with learning and creating. Recently I took the Working Genius assessment to find what my strengths were and found that I am what you would call “The Creative Dreamer.” Which is defined as someone who is a passionate idealist with an endless stream of big questions and ideas to consider. This is truly who I am. When I look back at my work life, a lot of my greatest accomplishments have come from things that I have created or improved upon to do my job(s) better. Over the Course of my life, I have had to learn to analyze data to improve customer satisfaction, improve sales, reduce costs, and solve other unique problems. For example: while working at Sam’s Club I took over as a Tire and Battery Team Leader and was able to turn the department from a three hundred-thousand-dollar profit club into one that was making over two-million-dollars profit. I did this by analyzing the Profit and loss statement daily and building a data model within excel to see what my best and worst selling products were, then replacing the worst sellers with something that would sell. I also looked at parts usage cost, labor cost and what our busiest times were, modifying the schedule and building a stronger relationship with our customers. Moving my career path forward as an experienced Customer Engineer, I demonstrated my skills of analyzing logs and events to repair or replace damaged parts within ATMs, Safes, and various other secure equipment. Eventually working my way up to a Customer Support Engineer at what we called our “GURU help desk”. There I developed a multi-bios tool that could be used on all of our systems to bring them up to spec, built a database that housed all the information for every hotfix that we had in our inventory (Rather than searching multiple locations), develop a remote ink stain test solution to allow work from home testing for field issues, I competed in our hackathon 2 years in a row, and grew in my abilities both professionally and personally. • Python, SQL, C++, HTML, CSS, Java, PowerShell• Tableau, Google Sheets• Jira, Confluence• Data Mining, Modeling, Cleaning• Information Science• MS Office 365, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook• Time Management• Leadership• Communication
