Mentoring a design team and managing print operators, along with overseeing print and design workflow and output. Dealing with strict deadlines and SLAs, clients range from Walgreens Boots Alliance to many other high profile brands such as Easyjet, BT, Central Bedfordshire Council, Cardiff City Football Club and BNP Paribas Group.

Working on various UK Government brands including IPS, UKBA, Home Office and Ministry of Justice. Also involved in creating work for Ricoh and Ecovert (French facilities management company) and their many varied clients. During my time here I was responsible for creating conceptual work, developing and policing brands, managing projects, photography, liaising closely with clients and partners while also managing costs. The role involved working closely with the Art Director along side helping to mentor and develop an exciting design team.

Managed contractors and liaised with senior key stakeholders while dealing with the soft and hard services in the Company building. I was also part of a successful project team who redeployed the business to new offices in central London. This required strong communication skills and adherence to strict deadlines and costs in order to achieve the transfer within tight timescales. I also became involved with producing print and design for external communications while in this role.
