At the center of the Swatch Group Supply Chain, our function - Aggregates the demand signal of the Swatch Group brands in mechanical watches movements, generating the requirements for in house assembly orders, parts manufacturing and raw materials supply across a dozen manufacturing sites. The scope spans a wide range of the industry's demand profiles, from luxury to high volumes references. - Manages the orders deliveries and customer relations with our brands (Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot…) in line with their requirements, priorities, products launch constraints and our in-house capacities and capabilities.

Involved in strategic Supply Chain projects of the firm such as- Coordination of the transition to Lead-free raw materials across all Business Units, targeting compliance with upcoming European manufacturing regulations (RoHS, REACH)- Implementation of the Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise methodology (DDAE, DDMPR). Process flows analysis, pilots definition and design.

In addition to the current role, drives the process improvement workstream across the 15 European factories (production planning processes).Achievements: coordinated the increase of the regional Data Quality KPIs by 15%. Facilitated the roll out of Kinaxis Rapid Response planning tool and of a skills and training framework to level the functional knowledge across the ENA region production sites.

- Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, leads a department in charge of factory Production planning, NPI (New Product Introduction) and Master Data operations. - Leads the daily and weekly cross-departmental drumbeat forums for local operations, interfacing with all factory's functions and the Supply Chain hub in UK. Sound working knowledge of S&OP, RCCP processes, and P&G's IWS operational excellence methodology in a dynamic FMCG context.Achievements: implemented P&G's IWS work methodology in my department, increased the production plan stability, minimizing capacity losses, with direct impact on several factory processes and the amount of shifts cancellations. Coordinated the production contingency plans in the highly disrupted context of Covid & Ukraine. Designed and set up a new PDCA Power BI reporting platform for the Supply Chain department.
